My girl has a functional cyst and we have been trying to have a baby for a couple of months now any advice?

Obviously she's been to the doctor because it is known that she has a cyst, but has she been to the doctor to specifically discuss fertility issues?

While doctors generally don't really worry about infertility until a couple has tried and failed to conceive within a year, her cyst may need to be treated now. Some cysts go away on their own, some don't. If it doesn't, this could cause a problem.

Once the cyst gets taken care of, then it may be a whole lot easier to get pregnant. If the doctor says it doesn't need to be treated, you'll just have to have a little patience and wait it out.
