You just need to tell her that it is time that you need to move onto a different stage in your life and that you can't see any possible way for her to be apart of it at this point in time. Tell her the truth! It is much better than a lie, trust me. Tell her also that there has been a change that you don't like and that this is a major factor in the reason for why you cannot move on with her.
