Yes flirt but be careful...she could be testing you if you know what i mean. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT KISS HER THE NIGHT OF THE PARTY. Go up and have a nice convo with her sit down next to here but not when she is with her girl pack.She will be intimidated by this. But yes Girls live to flirt :)
Well, it depends. If you like her, as in you see yourself possibly being in a relationship with her, i wouldn't make a move. She might think your intentions are wrong. Flirting and being obvious about your feelings for her are fine though, and i definitely think you should. A kiss probably wouldn't do any harm either if the night goes well, but no more then that.
