I have known this girl for like 5 months and we are becoming good friends and i really like her. Her dads a alcholic and somtimes does the wrong things to her and her moms doesnt care but i do. I want to ask her out...I am 12 and i need advice on how to ask a girl out?

What you should do (if you actually care) is buy her a gift....teddy bear, flower, candy, or better yet make her a card that says how much you like her. Give it to her and she will MOST likely say yes. If she doesn't you need to like someone else. Because that would be pretty bitchy.
tell her someone beautiful like you doesnt deserve to be treated like that by anyone.. and tell her if your my g/f i would never do n e thing of the sort of that nor would i let anyone do that to you... tell her this when your alone
The other stuff isnt so important at this stage, the thing that is important is, does she like you the same way? Or does she want to keep it just friends?
ur only 12 u shouldn't be worried about asking a girl out, or even dateing untile ur at least 16 or 17.
